Visa pour l’Image at the Salon de la Photo in Paris

From November 13 to 17, 2008, Paris’s Salon de la Photo will be featuring the International Festival of Photojournalism, Visa pour l’Image, Perpignan, presenting the exhibition paying tribute to Alexandra Boulat (VII agency) which was part of the 20th Festival held this year.

Those who have already seen this superb exhibition will have an opportunity to view it again, while others who were not in Perpignan will be able to discover it.

On October 5, 2007, Alexandra Boulat died at the tragically young age of 45. The photos shown are her favorite shots, selected by her close friends and family. This is not an attempt at a retrospective, but simply the heartfelt expression of the affection felt for her by so many people in the world of photography.
